I think you're doing a great public service, and infact, should be rewarded for your work (unless the smack is enough of course). Health and Safety will certainly approve, I mean imagine dropping out of warp into a cluster of floating space debris... Could be lethal, or at the very least scratch the paint. Sadly, I have not seen any evidence you can scan for wrecks on SISI. The probing system there is still very much a work in progress, so that's far from the final word; but I don't think wrecks are part of the system as it's being built.
