I’m always suspicious of people who boast about their drink/drug intakes in MMPORGS, I have a theory that it correlates inversely to their *actual* age…

I was exaggerating the cold-heartedness, I’m really just very jealous that you have your own system. I hope to one-day see “Greater Mars” appear in my scanner, probably shortly followed by “Marlenus has started trying to warp scramble you”, but it’ll be worth it, just to have been there.

LOL, not really any colder-hearted than EVE requires, but yeah.

Also, he’s been playing for six months, so he’s not all that new.

Genius! You’re such a cold hearted man Marlenus, imagine poor iEatBlackPanthers, scanning himself down a wormhole and jumping through. Dreams of billions of isk glistening in his youthful eyes. “I’m going to find me some gas clouds, I’ll be able to mine my little heart out, no-one can bother me here”. So he does, which brings him to your attentions. All of a sudden his mining dreams (and his pod) are shattered.

But iEatBlackPanthers is no noob, he isn’t going to run away and hide from the mean-man-in-the-caracal. No, iEatBlackPanthers has friends, with big ships. “I’ll find him with my shiny new combat probes” he tells them, then I’ll fleet warp us and we’ll drop some pain on his ass (and a curse will be there too).

His friends get Aurora’s confirmation: “Following iEatBlackPanthers in warp”. Plucky little guy, all he has is his rookieship, a core probe launcher and a pocket full of dreams and OMFGWTFBBQPWND he has a POS! He sits in space, dumbstruck “But I’m in w-space, *I* found this system with my shiny probes” he thinks, it never even occurs to him to warp away in the generous seconds it takes the control tower to lock and open fire.

Greater Mars however, is safe from intruders once again. Glory to the Empress :)

or something like that anyway. I definitely imagine his fresh clone awakening, still shaking his fist…
