    What did it used to mean if you saw Tech 2 cargo expanders? Sorry I just didn’t see the significance. Does it mean a certain mind set on the part of the miner?

    I’m so old, I remember when T2 cargo expanders cost like 12 million ISK apiece. (This was back before invention, when T2 BPO owners had monopolies.) So, that would have been some noteworthy loot to scoop.

    Of course, it’s *still* better loot than I usually get off of a mining cruiser, so I’m not complaining.
